凌氏心意六合八法拳简介 /天阙

心意六合八法拳，道契崆峒，相传为陈抟老祖所创。前南京中央国术馆编审处处长姜容樵定性其为内家拳中最完善最深奥之拳术，拳中之皇冠也。其行拳，起如水之浪翻，落似水之浪绝，故又有水浪拳之称。水浪拳乃道家长生术之实践者、传播者、演绎者。主宗健身，氤氲飘逸中不乏祛病延年之术，习练者无不应验。

                   The introduction of Ling’s Xin Yi Liu He Ba Fa Quan

Xin YI Liu He Ba Fa Quan，Concurring with the “way” of that of Kongtong Mountains (sacred mountains of Taoism),is said to be created by Chen Tuan Laozu(871-989 A.D.). Jiang Rongqiao, the director of editorial department in former Martial Arts Academy concluded it to be the most comprehensive and profound of all internal martial arts styles, and the crown of martial arts. Its movement resembles that of ocean waves, rising like breaking waves and withdrawing like ceding waves, hence it is also known as “Water Wave Quan.” Water Wave Quan draws on the essence of Taoist traditions, interpreting the abstract culture into concrete practices that can be widely spread. It mainly helps one to keep fit, while many have also found it to be effective in curing diseases and extending life expectancy.

凌氏心意六合拳简介/天阙

心意六合拳，俗称十大形，系历代拳术之鼻祖。该拳取十种动物之特点，参之以五禽戏，辅之以导引术，考之以冷兵器技击，演化而成。相传为岳飞所创，以崇德、健身、技击为宗旨。每招单操，犹如正楷。振奋精神，激发潜能。简练易用，气势彪悍。十大形可谓拳中之活化石，能从宋代原汁原味保留至今，民族文化之幸也。

The introduction of Ling’s Xin Yi Liu He Quan

Xin Yi Liu He quan, commonly known as the ten shapes, is the ancestor of all Quan. The style was developed by imitating the characteristics of the movements of ten animals, with reference to Frolics of the Five Animals (created by legendary physician Hua Tuo (140 – 208)),. Tao Yin (Taoist yoga) and fighting skills of cold weapons are also integrated in ten shapes.

According to the legend, it was created by Yue Fei(A hero in Song Dynasty). The legend has its creator to be Song Dynasty hero and general Yue Fei, who intended to train his soldiers through such style to keep them fit, promote morality and increase their fighting skills. Each singular strike, like regular script of Chinese calligraphy, helps improve morale and inspire potentials..Ten Shapes is considered the livings fossils of Quan, as the original style has been carried through generations since Song Dynasty, a rare fortune in Chinese culture.

凌汉兴老师简介/晓舟

凌师出身武、医世家，姜容樵老师称其为心意六合拳专家，著有经典拳谱《心意六合拳艺传真》一书。其髫龄从父习拳，稍长入上海精武会，上一个世纪四十年代拜卢嵩高为师，学习心意六合拳，为卢师入室弟子。卢师见其学问高深，竟能刻苦习武，且悟性极高，乃传之衣钵。卢师在世之日，托其代师授徒。

The introduction of Mr. Ling Hanxing

Master Ling was born in a family with long traditions of medical and martial arts experts He is a well-known Master of Xin Yi Liu He Quan, acknowledged by numerous martial arts experts including Mr. Jiang Rongqiao, editorial director of former Martial Arts Academy.

He wrote the masterpiece of Quan—“The essential of Xin Yi Liu He Quan”. Master Ling started learning from his father and practicing martial arts since he was in teens, later he joined Shanghai Martial Art Association. In 1940s, he was recruited by Master Lu Songgao and as an inner circle disciple for Xin Yi Liu He Quan. Impressed by his in-depth knowledge about martial arts, steep learning curve and commitment, Master Lu taught him everything he knew and promoted him to teacher other students on his behalf.

凌师事迹多次被新民晚报、文汇报、上海英文日报、上海电视台、东方电视台等媒体报道。2016年，以100岁高龄，接受上海电视台上海故事专栏采访，武术专业杂志资深编辑和业内人士纷纷赞叹凌师为硕果仅存的内家拳武学泰斗。其深得心意拳之内核，今年103岁，仍然手轻脚健，思路敏捷，内家拳健身之功效可见一斑。

Ling’s legend was frequently reported by lots of media such as XinminEvening Paper, WenHui Paper, Shanghai Daily, STV, OTV and etc. Ling was interviewed when he turned 100 years old, by STV Shanghai Legend program, and he was also granted as the last live master of internal martial arts by the professionals in this area. Armed with essential of Xin Yi Quan, Ling, Thanks to his mastery in Xin Yi Liu He Quan, Ling, at 103, is still sharp as a tack, a living proof of how practicing internal martial arts can help one keep fit.

肖力行先生简介/晓希

肖力行先生系心意六合拳一代宗师凌汉兴之子，现年70岁。6岁师从卢嵩高老师练十大形，23岁师从李道力老师练水浪拳，李师为原南京中央国术馆教务处长吴翼翬衣钵传人。又得杨基峨、叶大密、姜容樵、海灯法师、亦幻丈人、若瓢禅师、胡问遂、李仲薇等大家精心指点。文武兼修，品行高尚，16岁教拳至今已逾半个世纪，弟子无数，培养了一代又一代拳术教师。其《武术溯源之管窥》、《内家拳与外家拳之区别》、《凌氏拳艺命名之由来》、《心意六合拳拳理要旨》、《心意六合八法拳经校正及注释》、《“虎抱头”析疑——兼答王锡斌同志》、《答行拳标准和武拳文练问》等不同时代的文章，无不被武林中人奉为圭臬。为水浪拳传承之需，先生首创以拳合词，用拳之招式演绎苏轼豪放派先河之作《江城子·密州出猎》，创编水浪拳演示版，乃皇冠上最耀眼之钻石也。先生开创了文武印证的雄奇境界，旷古烁今，岂非圣之时者乎！其授拳经验之深厚，无出其右。凡经其指导者，健康和拳艺无不收益丰厚。

The introduction of Mr. Xiao Lixing

 Mr. Xiao Lixing is the son of Ling Hanxing, master of Xin Yi Liu He Quan. Now 70 years old, Master Xiao started practicing various schools of martial arts since early on. He learned Ten shape from master Lu Songgao at 6, and Water wave Quan from Mr. Li Daoli, who is the inheritor of Mr. Wu Yihui, the director of Dean’s office in former Martial Arts Academy. Mr. Xiao was also received precious guidance from many other masters including Mr. Yang Ji’e, Mr. Ye Dami, Master Hai Deng etc. Mr. Xiao is a master in both practicing martial arts and the theories as well as the broad Chinese culture. He also follows high-standard morality guidelines for himself and disciples. He has been a martial arts teacher for more than 50 years, since the age of 16, and trained many excellent martial arts teachers from numbers of disciples. His masterpieces-<the source of martial arts>,<the difference of internal and external martial arts>,<The reason for naming Ling’s Quan>,<The theory essentials of Xinyi LiuheQuan> are regarded as standard by the professionals in this area. In order to present “Water Wave Quan” in its full context and beauty, and to better carry on the style, he invented the method to combine the martial arts with Song’s poem, created the demo version of Ling’s “ Water Wave Quan” accompanied by the “Jiang Cheng Zi – Hunting in Mi Zhou”, a master poetry by Su Shi from Song Dynasty. The demo version is the most dazzling diamond on the crown. Mr. Xiao is a great master in both martial arts and literature, and innovative in integrating the two aspects. He is also a veteran master whose students have benefited greatly in both practicing martial arts and their well-beings.
