上世纪60年代初，卢嵩高老师仙逝，凌汉兴老师开府建牙，教授凌氏拳艺，至今102岁的凌汉兴老师，仍在关心着凌氏拳艺的传承和凌氏团队的发展。

肖力行老师自幼师承卢嵩高、凌汉兴两位宗师，青年时又得李道力老师倾囊相授，集千年内家拳传承于一身，诚可谓国术之幸也！

为了确保凌氏拳艺得到正确的传承，肖力行老师从2005年用了十年时间培养、锻造了一支以拳艺传承为使命，文武双修，德行纯正的高素质团队，为内家拳保留了一块净土。

肖力行老师深知心意六合拳是内家拳之母拳，习成此拳可对中华武术正本清源。心意六合八法拳成拳时间最晚，是各种套路拳术中最长、动作最多、最复杂、也是最精妙的，融合了各内家拳之长处，集内家拳之大成。若能将这两套拳融会贯通、两相印证，那么内家拳的精华就能充分地展现在世人面前。为此，肖力行老师选定了心意六合拳（俗称：十大形），心意六合八法拳（俗称：水浪拳）为凌氏团队的教学拳种，通过十年规划，亲自出山教拳，为心意六合两拳培养了一大批师资力量。
肖力行老师打造和领导的凌氏团队系由凌氏拳艺心意沙龙理事会、秘书处、各部门、各分会、各培训点的骨干、师生、门人组成。

凌氏团队目前下设培训点有：灵石公园教拳培训点、中山公园教拳培训点、人民公园教拳培训点、吴淞炮台湾湿地森林公园教拳培训点、御桥花园教拳培训点、三林教拳培训点、慧芝湖花园教拳培训点、江阴华士教拳培训点、义乌教拳培训点、源深体育场教拳培训点等。

凌汉兴老师、肖力行老师为“继绝学”之宏愿，几十多年来尽心竭力，呕心沥血为内家拳的传承精耕细作，培养了一支高精尖的师资队伍。两位老师爱才惜才，选贤用能，为凌氏团队的建设和发展打下了坚实的基础，开创了前所未有的开府建牙传承模式，功在当代，利在千秋，为内家拳的传承走出一条与时俱进的复兴之路。

When legendary martial artist Lu Songgao passed away in 1960s, his prominent disciple Master Ling Hanxing carried on his legacy of the Heart and Intent Style of Six Harmonies (Xin Yi Liu He Quan) and founded The Ling’s Martial Arts style. He set up the workshop in 1985. Now 102, the master is still practicing the style and devoting to the development of its legacy and the development of the Ling’s team.

Master Xiao Lixing took on the task in 2005 to ensure the style’s accurate teaching and healthy development, and has spent more than ten years to cultivate a team strictly attained to the high-standard morality of Chinese martial arts. He has also ensured that the disciples have inherited both the physical and spiritual essence of the style. Missioned to carry on the legacy of the Ling’s Martial Arts, he has kept a Shangri-La for internal martial arts.

The Heart and Intent Style of Six Harmonies, a.k.a Ten Animal Shapes, is the origin of all internal martial arts, famed for its exceptional practices of forceful singular strikes leading to effective combat skills. Carried on for thousands of years, it is the living fossil of Chinese martial arts.

On the other hand, the modern extension of the style, The Heart and Intent Style of Six Harmonies and Eight Methods, a.k.a Water Martial Arts, has merged the best of all internal martial arts into the most sophisticated set of movements, leading to physical and mental health.
The combination of the most ancient and most modern internal martial arts ensures the loyal inheritance of its essence, which is why master Xiao has selected these two styles for the Ling’s team. The team is well-equipped with highly-skilled trainers and well-structured with various administrative departments as well as training branches.

The current training branches include：Lingshi Park、Zhongshan Park、Wusong Forest Park、Yuqiao、Sanling、Huizhi Lake、Huashi、Jiangyin、Yiwu.

The team also includes five cultural arms – the journal “The Ocean of the Ling’s Martial Arts”, the Wechat public account, the official blog,the translation team and the website "The Ling's Martial Arts"

Master Ling and Xiao have devoted decades of their efforts into preserving and promoting the essence of the internal martial arts to prevent it from getting lost. Together, they have laid solid foundation, created unprecedented model of inheritance and developed a highly-skilled team of trainers. Their efforts and works not only help with the preservation and revival of the internal martial arts today, but will continue to impact and inspire for the centuries to come.
